Tile and Shingle Roofing
Crowther Roofing & Sheet Metal offers tile roof installation
on new construction as well as re-roofing projects. Clay,
concrete, and metal tiles are popular choices and are available
in many different styles. Eve closures can be metal, clay,
or mud-set, depending upon the type of tile selected.
Crowther Roofing & Sheet Metal custom fabricates all
the flashings associated with the roof tile installation
process in-house. We offer a choice on the underlayment as
well, including PolystickTU plus, which is a self-sealing
product, and the 30/90 hot mopped underlayment.
Installation of the roof tiles is generally with two tile
screws per piece. Crowther Roofing & Sheet Metal is
also a certified installer for foam-set applications. In
addition to tile screws and foam-set applications, we also
have wind clips and hurricane straps available for use.
